In a press release published on its website, the ASBH indicates that this meeting took place “in a peaceful and constructive atmosphere”: “During this meeting, the current shareholders could have been reassured about the identity of the investors and their financial capacity . At the same time, the club’s financial accounts appeared sincere and reassuring. ” The takeover of the Hérault club therefore seems to be on the right track. “The two parties sought their advice in order to draft, within a short time, a memorandum of understanding, while entering into a period of exclusivity,” adds the ASBH.
