JAKARTA – PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) plans to distribute cash dividends for the 2020 financial year of Rp550.42 billion. This dividend distribution is in accordance with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 9, 2021.
Quoted from the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Saturday (12/6/2021), ACES will distribute dividends of Rp. 32.15 per share with financial data as of December 31, 2020 that underlies the distribution of dividends. Meanwhile, the remaining balance from net profit in 2020 will be included as retained earnings.

“Distribution of cash dividends of Rp 32.15 per share or representing 75 percent of earnings per share in 2020 which will be paid to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders on June 21, 2021 until 16.00 WIB,” read the statement ACES official.

For shares that have been registered in Collective Custody with KSEI, the Company will pay dividends to Shareholders in accordance with the detailed data of entitled Shareholders received from KSEI by the Company, and withholding taxes in accordance with applicable regulations.
