Bård Hoksrud (Frp) is accused of lying by the Center Party after a Facebook advertisement.
In the photo Hoksrud posted, it is claimed that all parties, except the FRP of course, will make it illegal to sell anything other than electric cars in Norway after the year 2025.

The background is that Sp in the Storting voted against a FRP proposal where the state was asked to facilitate continued petrol car sales in Norway after 2025.
But Sp also promoted an alternative proposal where the party specified that they wanted sales of petrol and diesel cars after 2025.
Still not good enough, according to Bård Hoksrud and Frp. But the Center Party is staring above the level the FRP is at.
– This is serious. Bård Hoksrud knowingly and intentionally tries to mislead voters and spread untruths about his opponents. This is not the level we usually go to in Norway, even though there will soon be an election, says parliamentary representative Åslaug Sem-Jacobsen (Sp) to Dagbladet.

Bård Hoksrud nevertheless does not allow himself to be swayed by the stick, neither by Sem-Jacobsen nor by the Center Party’s clarification in the Storting.

– That hurt far down my soul and spinal cord with me. I can not stand tolls, everyone knows that. But it was different because we were bound by a government platform, the FRP had to vote for tolls. The Center Party is not bound by anything, says Hoksrud.

Åslaug Sem-Jacobsen in the Center Party is not satisfied with the arguments from Hoksrud.
On the contrary, she is worried.
– I get scared, embarrassed and sad. As soon as I saw the mail to Hoksrud, I thought “oh yes, we are there?”. This will be a dirty election campaign with lots of allegations in the east and west if this is the level the FRP will go to.
– Sp voted against the proposal to Frp, then. Hoksrud is right about that?
– And in the same case, we added a clarification where we asked the government precisely to ensure that there were sales of diesel and petrol cars in Norway after 2025. Sp is a guarantor for diesel and petrol cars. Hoksrud knows this so well. And yet he spreads untruths, with completely open eyes. This is not what we politicians can do, it contributes to contempt for politicians.
