The two victims were on an Opel Corsa and were traveling south when, for reasons yet to be clarified, they collided with an Audi on the edge of which five people were traveling, traveling in the opposite direction.

The accident happened around 11 pm last night. The scene that appeared to the rescuers was dramatic. Four ambulances arrived on the scene, the ambulance from the Civilian and the Fire Brigade. Two wounded were transferred to the nearby hospital of Esine, the others to the Civil Hospitals of Brescia. According to what was reconstructed by the road agents of Darfo, the two girls were traveling in the direction of Esine after an evening in a pizzeria. Suddenly, Audi, with Tunisian and Albanian workers on board, traveling home after a week of work in Switzerland, heeled overwhelming the girls’ subcompact. For Giulia Vangelisti of Cividate Camuno and Claudia Marioli of Esine, both just 20 and 21 years old, there was nothing to do and they died instantly. The conditions of two of the workers are also very serious, a 33-year-old Tunisian and an 38-year-old Albanian.
