Starting the second free practice session, Marc Marquez appeared to be still using the soft compound rear tire. These tires have been used by The Baby Alien when they managed to record the fastest time in the first free practice session.
However, bad luck is felt Marc Marquez because he slipped at turn 16. As a result of the accident, he looked so angry, although he still had time to correct the clock.
Apparently, the incident made Marquez fail to carry out a racing simulation. However, in the end he lost control of his Honda RC213V motorcycle.
“Our plans have changed as a result of the accident. The plan was to use the soft tires first, then try to understand the racing simulation,” said Marc Marquez, quoted by Crash, Saturday (11/9/2021).
