Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 20, 2023 No. 917 approved the list of international sporting events held in Belarus in 2024, reported on the National Legal Internet Portal.
In 2024, according to the plan, about 60 international sporting events will take place in the country. In particular, the list includes:
- international basketball competition 3 x 3 “Palova Snowball 3 x 3”;
- international basketball competition “Khalipsky Cup” (women);
- 53rd international freestyle wrestling tournament for the prizes of three-time Olympic champion, seven-time world champion in freestyle wrestling Alexander Vasilyevich Medved (men, women);
- international track cycling competition “Minsk Grand Prix”;
- Minsk International Half Marathon;
- international taekwondo tournament ITF “Open Cup of the Commonwealth of Independent States – World Cup”;
- the Cup of the Republic of Belarus (Ruslan Salei Cup) in ice hockey for the 2024/2025 season.
