Ukraine’s President Vladimir Zelensky announced that electricity supply restrictions have affected some four million Ukrainians.
“Many cities and regions in Ukraine implement rationing programs to achieve stability,” Zelensky said on Telegram. There are now restrictions on about four million Ukrainians ”.
According to him, the legalization processes have affected the capital Kiev, the Poltava region, the Rivne region, the Kharkiv region, the Chernigov region, the Sumy region, the Kirovograd region and the Cherkasy region of Ukraine.
