The woman who is said to hold a fairly high position in a company initially reported to the company about the behavior of her superiors. But instead he was harassed again by officers who were supposed to investigate his bad experience of him. Subsequently, he immediately sued the company which was alleged to have acted sexistically and committed fraud.

According to the Dailymail, in the trial the law graduate started working at her company in 2019. She then got close enough to her superiors but the relationship seemed to be misunderstood. The boss, who has a wife and child, has often started texting him in love, complete with seductive emojis and expressing feelings.

“If it’s not obvious, I really like you but I’m not very good at saying it. I’m fine if you don’t feel the same and I won’t change anything but I just want you to know. Or can we just forget the message and act normally?” wrote the boss.

It is also said that the boss is often jealous if the woman approaches another man in the office. After a year of uncomfortable treatment, he eventually resigned due to an income dispute but was rejected by the company. According to the woman, her request for a raise was not granted because she refused the love of her boss.

After an investigation, the court ruled that the company he worked for had been found on the side of the wrong boss. Whereas the actor suffered from the treatment of his superiors and is now suffering from symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression due to sexual harassment and fraud.

“He can’t work and do normal things, he can’t tell his parents, family or community what happened yet, he lives in the fiction that he works from his room when he can’t get out of bed.” Judge Joana Wade said.

The plaintiff eventually won the suit on charges of harassment and fraud by his company. Meanwhile, the complaint to the boss failed because it was filed late. The compensation to be given to the woman is compensation for the loss of her future career and income up to that point, as well as for her feelings of loss.
