“Quiet place with a beautiful view and friendly neighbors. Near the house there is a grocery store, a legendary fish market and two good restaurants” – with such an accompanying text on the portal “ss.lv” on August 6 appeared a very expensive Ragaciems property for sale advertisement.
The house that is being sold is the same one where the passionate events take place on the TV show “Go3” love show “Dating with Iron”. The show features Daile Theater actor, 42 years old Lauris Dzelzitis is privileged to choose for himself a new beloved woman and maybe even a bride.
The text of the advertisement states that the property consists of a house and a guest house, and the outdoor pool is also mentioned as a special extra. The whole property complex is a “working business” and its price is 430 thousand euros.
Asked by the portal “Delfi” why this chic property, which was put into operation only last year, is now being sold off, its owner Dmitry explains: “We are doing a bigger project and need investment. The sale is not going so fast, because people are watching, think locals already don’t have that kind of money “on hand,” but buyers from abroad aren’t driving right now. “
Dmitrijs, who does not want to publish his surname, says that the filming of the show with the participation of Dzelzītis was completed in July, and since the first series appeared on the air in the beginning of August, people have noticed this Ragaciems property more. The landlord emphasizes that a potential buyer could shoot two bunnies at once, ie such property is usually only like a guest house, but next to it is also the landlord’s house.
In turn, two of Dzelzītis’ brides have been sent home in the show itself – Evita and Laura left the show, where they didn’t even start fighting for the actor’s heart. Further choices for old bachelor Dzelzitis will have to be made among the ten remaining ladies.
