A total of 17 issuers are included in the special monitoring list, here is the complete list

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced equity securities under special monitoring. This refers to regulation Number II-S concerning trading of equity securities under special monitoring and in order to provide protection to investors regarding fundamental information and/or liquidity of listed companies.

Quoting the Exchange announcement dated June 16, 2021, the IDX has determined that 17 issuers listed for equity securities under special monitoring will be effective on July 19, 2021.

Of the 17 stocks that are included in the special monitoring, as many as six issuers meet the criteria in the condition that a request for suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU) or bankruptcy is requested.

The six issuers are PT Mitra Pemuda Tbk (PROF), PT Pan Brothers Tbk (PBRX), PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL),PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP), PT Grand Kartech Tbk (ARM), and PT Pelangi Indah Canindo Tbk (PICO).

A total of two issuers are in the criteria of having a subsidiary with a material income contribution to the issuer, but the subsidiary is in a state of being filed for PKPU or filed for bankruptcy. The two companies are PT Golden Plantation Tbk (ALL) and PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL).

A total of five issuers are included in the monitoring list because they are included in the criteria for not recording income or there is no change in income in the latest audited financial statements and/or interim financial statements compared to the previously submitted financial statements.

The five issuers are PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia Tbk (Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia) PT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY), PT Garda Tujuh Buana Tbk (GTBO), PT Onix Capital Tbk (OCAP), and PT Magna Investama Mandiri Tbk (magna).

Meanwhile, as many as five issuers were in the criteria where the last audited financial statements obtained an opinion not expressed an opinion (disclaimer).

The five issuers are PT Marga Abhinaya Abadi Tbk (MABA), PT Intan Baruprana Finance Tbk (IBFN), PT Intraco Penta Tbk (INTA), PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD), and PT Magna Investama Mandiri Tbk (magna).
