Luthier in Angoulême, Florian embarked on the adventure after convincing his brother, a musician, to join him for a return to his roots. “I saw my customers put more easily 20 € at the bar rather than saving to buy a guitar”, ironically Florian who has, thus, had the idea of ​​combining the two activities.

Of course, if this “makes it easier to please people”, there is no question of compromising on the quality of the products offered. “Otherwise I put Belgian yeast like everyone else,” he laughs, referring to the giants from beyond Quiévrain who are flooding the shelves of supermarkets.

The two brothers notably offer an IPA beer (India Pale Ale) , a true vector of demarcation. “It was not an easy market. Many told us at the beginning “oh, but this is bitter”. With a hop specially cultivated for them in Cuvry (57) by Aurélien Morin, combined with 20% Citra hops and real know-how, the two brothers have developed a real recipe for success.
