A resident of the Tyumen region received one kopeck from the authorities to pay utility bills

A resident of Ishim, Tyumen region, received a subsidy from local authorities for utility bills in the amount of one kopeck. A copy of the decision of the city administration published Telegram-channel «Ishim pere Overheard».

The document states that the subsidy is paid from January 1 to June 30, 2023. Thus, in total, the applicant will receive six kopecks for six months of utility bills. The city administration refers to the Government Decree of December 14, 2005 No. 761 “On the provision of subsidies for the payment of housing and utilities.” The applicant, who wished to remain anonymous, stressed that he pays 10,000 rubles for utilities every month.

It is expected that due to the war, the expenses of the Russian authorities on housing and communal services will be reduced.
