Polish defector Emil Czeczko was once again used by the Belarusian regime. This time, a former soldier of the Polish Army sorted out a letter that he sent to the Minister of National Defense, Mariusz Błaszczak.

The letter that found its way to the network is dated January 5, 2022. It was made available by Dymitrij Beliakov, who is the director of the “Centrum Systemowa Prawna” organization. It is a non-governmental organization closely related to the Belarusian authorities. Emil Czeczko gives the place where this organization is registered as the return address.

“The attorneys and lawyers of our Center accompany Emil’s appeal to the management of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Poland. If he does not receive the funds, E. Czeczko will be forced to appeal to the court” – threatens the head of an NGO closely related to Belarusian authorities.

In a letter, Czeczko himself demands the possibility of returning to work. He claims to have escaped because “the Border Guard has illegally ordered him to murder innocent people.”

Below is its content:

Subject: my salary for December 2021 and January 2022, renewal of the employment contract.

Dear Mr. Minister,

On December 16, 2021, I had to flee to Belarus because the Border Guard authorities gave me an order to murder Arabs. That’s why I had to run away. I’m safe now.

I am asking for the payment of salaries for December 2021 and January 2022 to the following account:

Name: Center “system legal protection”

Address: Office 518 Vulitsa Meleża, Minsk, Belarus

(Further detailed data are given below – ed.)

I did not work in December 2021 and January 2022 because the Border Guard was giving me an illegal order to murder innocent people. Thus, I was forced to stop working by the Ministry of Defense itself.

Therefore, I am asking for payment of my salary.

I would also like to inform you that I want to extend the employment contract. I will return to work as soon as the prosecutor in The Hague imprisons all the military criminals who ordered me to murder Arabs “

Please send a new contract to my new address (then the address of the organization “Centrum Systemowa Ochrony Prawna” was given again – ed.)

Sincerely, Emil Czeczko.

The desertion of a Polish soldier. Emil Czeczko fled to Belarus

The media reported on December 17, 2021, about the desertion of a Polish soldier to Belarus. Emil Czeczko is a soldier of the 11th Masurian Artillery Regiment in Węgorzewo, who left his service in the Polish Army and fled to Belarus.

The local authorities claim that the military did not agree with the Polish government’s policy regarding the migration crisis and the practice of “inhuman treatment of refugees”.

The Operational Commander of the Armed Forces Kinds, General Tomasz Piotrowski, issued a statement in which he confirmed that there had been “a shameful, one-off case of desertion”. Information has come to light that the 25-year-old had problems with the law and was threatened with removal from the army.

Soon after, an arrest warrant was issued after the court granted the prosecutor’s request for the temporary arrest of Emil Czeczko.

In turn, the president of the Military Garrison Court in Olsztyn, Lt. Col. Krzysztof Baranowski, informed that “on December 23 a decision was issued on the temporary arrest of Emil Cz. The decision is not final”.

The issued decision concerns the submission of the objection under Art. 339 § 3 of the Criminal Code. It is about committing a qualified form of desertion punishable by a penalty of one to 10 years imprisonment.

The findings of the investigators show that senior lat. Emil Czeczko was on duty near the border crossing with Belarus in the town of Narewka, but on December 16 “he left the designated post and in order to permanently avoid military service he escaped abroad to the territory of the Republic of Belarus”.
