Gold prices fell by 3 pounds during today’s trading in the local market, compared to prices yesterday.
Club Naguib, Secretary General of the Gold Division of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a 21-gram gold gram fell today to 675 pounds compared to 678 pounds yesterday.
The price of 18 grams today is 578.5 pounds and 24 grams is about 771.4 pounds, and the gold pound is 5400 pounds.
Globally, global gold prices closed 1.86% higher at the end of trading yesterday, the end of the week, in light of concerns about the economic damage caused by the Corona virus.
According to Bloomberg data, global gold prices ended trading yesterday at $ 1498.6 an ounce.
