The US consulate now has a new consul in Lyon in the human being of Richard Johns.
Possessing arrived from Kabul, Afghanistan, in which he was in specific responsible for the transfer of Afghan personnel from the American embassy to the United States, the new American consul took up his responsibilities in August in Lyon. Originally from Arizona, Richard Johns replaces Christopher Crawford, who arrived in the funds of Gaul in 2019.
The new representative of the US govt in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes location will in particular have the task of making certain the promotion of American trade in the territory.
