BERLIN, KOMPAS.TVMuslim, Jewish and Christian imams laid the first stone for the construction of a common place of worship in Berlin, Germany.

They erected a building called the ‘House Of One’ as a symbol of inter-religious harmony. The idea of ​​making a multi-religious building has been embedded for 10 years.

However, it is now gradually becoming a reality after the leaders of Christians, Jews, and Muslims laid the foundation stone for its construction on Thursday (27/5/2021).

Father Gregor Hohberg, one of the leaders of the initiative, said the House of One is a house of peace where Jews, Christians, Muslims, people of other faiths, even those who are not religious.

‘House of One’ is a place for all groups to meet and dialogue.
