Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of Al-Ahly Board of Directors, asked the team’s players during the session held today, Sunday, to appreciate the anger of the team’s fans after losing by three goals to one against Zamalek.
Al-Khatib said, in a session held today, Sunday, with the players on the sidelines of the training session, that they are required to appreciate the anger of the Al-Ahly fans, and to have a positive reaction as soon as possible.
The official Al-Ahly website stated that Al-Khatib called on the players to correct mistakes and return to the path of victories, to complete the local journey in the league successfully, and to prepare with the utmost seriousness and focus for the two matches of Moroccan Wydad in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
In his speech, Al-Ahly president stressed that Al-Ahly players have a great responsibility towards their club and their fans, especially since the club supports the team system to achieve the dreams and aspirations of all Al-Ahly.
