The Netflix Top 10 has a new number one in one fell swoop. This time around, Tom Hanks asserts himself again in the drama-comedy A Man Called Otto, arguably one of Hollywood’s best smaller films this year.
The remake of the Scandinavian original was directed by Marc Forster and Netflix describes the film as “touching” in “real estate”. You will also see roles from Marianna Trevino and Rachel Keller.

A Man Called Otto ranks at a fine 70 percent on the Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer. In fact, audiences give a 97 percent positive response on Rotten Tomatoes.
“Forster knows exactly where he wants his viewer and delivers a feel-good drama that even the biggest sourpuss will have to admit is just a nice film.” writes Arjan Welles in his review of four stars.
