The iPhone 13 has barely come to the fore (and won’t be in consumers’ hands until tomorrow), and even before the craze subsides, rumors about the iPhone’s design and screen 14 are already turning heads.
The first rumors suggest that the iPhone 14 could see its size increase to 6.1 inches, while the iPhone 14 Pro, Max and Pro Max and could potentially grow to a generous size of 6.7 inches. In addition, it’s entirely possible that Apple will remove the notch.
Without notch, the screen could instead display a camera housed in a located in the center at the top, thus offering the least possible wasted space on the front of the smartphone. Face ID technology should be moved under the display glass or Apple should bring back the Touch ID sensor with a fingerprint sensor below the display, although the company has been reluctant to do so so far, may -being due to technical problems.
The back of the smartphone could also undergo a change: no more rear camera bumps. Glass and a thicker frame should replace the camera bump, leaving behind a smooth surface that will finally allow your iPhone to lay flat on a table without a case. The camera setup is not yet known, but when it comes to photo sensors, we might see increased zoom capabilities, and those interested in Pro models might see a drastic change with it. a large 48 megapixel photo sensor, compared to 12 megapixels on the iPhone 13 Pro models. It should also support 8K video recording.
If physical damage was an issue with your previous iPhone’s chassis, increased durability is also expected. The iPhone 14 models could have a titanium alloy chassis, which would give them greater resistance to daily wear and tear. It won’t prevent your screen from scratching or cracking, but it could increase the overall longevity of the smartphone if you’re not a fan of constant upgrades.

As for other specs, the iPhone will likely be equipped with the next-gen A16 chip and vapor chamber thermal system, delivering faster processing power and lower internal temperatures. Kuo also previously stated thatan iPhone SE with 5G support and processor upgrades were on the table for the start of 2022.
As to the accuracy of these rumors, it remains to be seen. This year’s Apple rumors ended up being unreliable, with things like satellite communication, a new design for the Apple Watch Series 7, and more being proposed and proven wrong. So, once again, I recommend that you take all the early iPhone 14 rumors with a fair amount of skepticism.
