A chance for Hasselhoff? Knight Rider will see a sequel

Spyglass Media Group took care of the extraction of the forgotten series. The Knight Rider series was originally aired between 1982 and 1986. David Hasselhoff played Michael Knight, a secret agent fighting for justice, but the super-intelligent talking car KITT played an equally important role in the series.

James Wan produces the film with Michael Clear and Judson Scott. The screenplay is written by TJ Fixman, who originally wrote screenplays for video games.

It seems like a great chance for David Hasselhoff, but no one gives the 68-year-old ex-star a leading role today. They are much more likely to choose a young actor and give Hasselhoff a minute cameo in the film. It turned out the same way in the comedy Coast Guard, which took place in cinemas in 2017, but was not very successful.
