Raipur: A carpet made of six thousand kilograms of roses was prepared to welcome AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi. A carpet of flowers was prepared on one side of the road in front of the city airport leading to the venue of the plenary session. The flowers were scattered for a distance of two kilometers.
Raipur Mayor Aijaz Debar said that they try to give different receptions to all the leaders who come here.
