Earthquake with a magnitude (M) of 4.0 occurred in Malang Regency, East Java. The earthquake had a depth of 32 km.
The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reported that an earthquake occurred on Wednesday (21/12/2022), at 00:00 WIB.
“89km SW of Malang-East Java Regency,” @infoBMKG wrote.
The earthquake coordinates were recorded at 8.94 south latitude (LS) and 112.48 east longitude (BT). Up to now, there is no information regarding the impact of the earthquake.
“In the first few minutes after an earthquake, earthquake parameters can change and may not be accurate unless reanalyzed by seismologists,” he continued.
