A 12-year-old boy was caught driving a truck. The child was captured on July 25 around 8:00 p.m. in the village of Popina.
The regional directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the boy’s father was sanctioned because he personally gave him the car. The man was charged, and the car’s registration was suspended.
