The curfew prohibiting travel from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. every day has been implemented in the night from Saturday to Sunday. The first patrols, both in the police sector and in the gendarmerie sector, made it possible to see whether the instructions were respected in the department.
“Rather yes”, affirm the gendarmerie and the General Staff. In the two constituencies of Dijon and Beaune, the rounds made it possible to establish 34 verbalizations. The offenders were still outside “rather in the early evening” and their verbalization, of € 135 as a reminder, did not give rise to contempt.
In the rest of the territory, there was no verbalization. During the day on Saturday, ten other people had to pay the same sum, 135 €, for not wearing a mask in public space.
