It is this Thursday that Xiaomi will officially unveil in China its new high-end smartphones, the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. If the version “Pro” has already been the subject of numerous leaks regarding its 120 Hz screen, however this was not yet the case with the classic Mi 10.
It’s now done, on the eve of the official presentation of the smartphone. Lei Jun, the boss of Xiaomi, has indeed posted this Wednesday on Weibo several promotional posters about the Xiaomi Mi 10. Communication that lets you know a little more about the screen of your smartphone.
Without much surprise, we learn that the Xiaomi Mi 10 will be well equipped with an Amoled screen, enough to give it an estimated contrast of 5,000,000: 1. The smartphone will also be HDR10 + compatible and will be able to go up, according to Xiaomi, up to a brightness of 1120 cd / m² with 4096 different brightness levels.
An Oled screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz
Unlike the Pro version, which should have a screen with a refresh rate at 120 Hz, the Xiaomi Mi 10 should be limited to 90 Hz, with a screen sampling rate of 180 Hz for better tactile responsiveness. Note also that Xiaomi announces that the smartphone will indeed have curved edges as well as a screen pierced at the top left to integrate the selfie camera.

In another poster, Lei Jun communicates on the color fidelity measured at a delta E of 1.11. A measurement which still remains to be taken with tweezers, since we do not know what is the color space on which this delta E was measured. Still, as it stands, this is an excellent score, worthy of those obtained by Huawei or Samsung smartphones.
Finally, a final poster, this time published by Xiaomi’s official Weibo account, provides more information on its charging system. If we already knew that the Mi 10 Pro would be compatible with a charge at 65 or 66 W, we now learn that the classic Mi 10 will benefit from a fast charge at 50 W. It will also be possible to take advantage of ” a wireless charge at 30 W and a reverse charge at 10 W.
