The City Council of A Coruña activates the previous appointment for its services | Radio Coruña

On May 18, the city council returned to face-to-face care and carried it out by applying the security protocols. In order to minimize the inconvenience and to be able to maintain the quality of the services, according to the mayor, a prior appointment system was established that makes it easier for the neighborhood to make an appointment with the service they need through different channels.

For a month you can request appointments through the municipal website and also through the phone 010. Now, in addition, it is possible to do it through a new program, also included in the municipal website, that does not require downloads and that can be managed from the mobile phone.

The program allows not only to request the appointment by choosing from the available times, but also to manage and change these appointments electronically when something unforeseen arises.

On the other hand, in the City Council, the delivery to the Compañía de Tranvías del Aenor certificate by the protocol put in place in the context of measures to guarantee the safety of travelers.

In the act, the Councilor for Mobility, Juan Diaz Villoslada, has appealed to the responsibility in the fulfillment of the norms, at the same time that has transferred “a message of confidence of the citizenship, necessary to recover the public transport”.
