Apple has started selling the 2020 13 “MacBook Pros in its Refurbished Store. These Macs enjoy a discount of between 230 and 260 euros compared to the usual sale price and have the same Apple warranty.
Refurbished: if you find the model you want, you find a bargain

The refurbished section of the Apple store is really little known. It offers models that after being returned by the original purchaser or in need of repair are put on sale again at a discounted price. On Macs, Apple checks all the functionality of the equipment in full, cleans it thoroughly, packs it with all new accessories and cables and, of course, repair the internal components if necessary.
Currently in the store we found several 13-inch MacBook Pro, all with a 1.4GHz Intel Core i5, three in special gray and two in silver. Unlike the main store, Apple offers specific configurations of the products in the Refurbished Store. In this sense, if what we want is precisely a Mac with these characteristics, we are in luck: we can buy one for 1259 euros.
As Apple exposes in this store, where we can also find other products of the company, all devices are inspect, test, clean and repackage in a new white box with all manuals and accessories. For all practical purposes, apart from the difference between the “official” box and the white box in which they are delivered, it is impossible to distinguish a refurbished product from a brand new one.

Looking a little further in the area of bargains we can find other alternatives such as Amazon although price by price, it is very likely that we will lean towards buying directly from Apple, true, the device will come in a white box without labeling, but with all the guarantee and rigor that Apple applies to all its products.
