Ten people were injured in a car collision with a public bus in Dresden, two of them seriously. The city announced. The two seriously injured women were on the bus and, according to a fire department spokesman, were taken to the hospital. According to initial findings, the eight other people suffered minor injuries – some were treated on an outpatient basis, others were also taken to a clinic. The driver is also among the slightly injured.

The fire brigade was on site with a large contingent of 60 forces. The accident had occurred around 5 p.m. on a perfectly straight route, as a fire department spokesman said. How this could happen was initially unclear. The accident occurred in the Stetzsch district – the Dresden public transport bus was traveling out of town on Meißner Landstrasse.
