(Relaxnews) – A few days before its launch, the Quibi platform offered a trailer for the new version of the hidden camera show popularized on MTV in the 2000s. If the date of its launch has not yet been unveiled, those concerned will be able to enjoy three additional episodes by registering before April 6 to the new streaming service.
The new Quibi streaming platform took advantage of April 1, the day dedicated to jokes of all kinds, to unveil the trailer for the new version of the hidden camera show “Punk’d”. Presented by American rapper Chance The Rapper, the MTV show revisited for the new platform co-founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg also lifted the veil on the celebrities trapped for the occasion.
Lil Nas X, Adam Devine, Migos, French Montana, Sabrina Carpenter, Addison Rae, Ty Dolla $ ign, Miles Brown, Marsai Martin and Liza Koshy join Megan Thee Stallion, already announced last January, as the stars victims of pranks developed by the “Punk’d” teams.
If Chance The Rapper will act as executive producer and host of this new version of “Punk’d”, formerly presented by Ashton Kutcher, the musician will welcome at his side as a guest the star of the reality TV “Keeping up with the Kardashian”, Scott Disick.
For the moment, Quibi has not yet announced the broadcast date of the show on its platform, which is still scheduled to launch on Monday, April 6. Interested parties can already register for a 90-day free trial before April 30. The platform will offer three bonus episodes of “Punk’d” to those who register on the Quibi.com platform before April 6th.
