Auchan stores recall several batches of products.

Auchan withdrew from sale several batches of “Dry liver sausage” of 250 g of the Maison Milhau brand after finding traces of salmonella in its products.
“Some of these products were marketed before the withdrawal measure. It is therefore recommended that people who hold products belonging to the batch described do not consume them and destroy them, or get them reimbursed, ”Auchan warns in a press release.
The lots concerned are products named “Dry liver sausage 250 g” from Maison Milhau bearing the following code: 3289010001727. The date of minimum durability (DDM) is 18/09/2020 and with the lot number 177007. Finally , these products bear the EMB code 81 124 H and the sanitary approval number FR 81 124 012 CE.
“Food poisoning caused by salmonella results in gastrointestinal disorders often accompanied by fever within 48 hours of consuming the contaminated products”, describes Auchan. These symptoms can escalate in young children, pregnant women, immunocompromised individuals and the elderly.
