DeSantis gave his press conference yesterday at Jackson Memorial Hospital, 24 hours after the Florida Department of Health reported a record 15,299 new cases. Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos Giménez and Jackson Memorial Hospital CEO Carlos Migoya also spoke during the press conference.
