Targ Patience, a resident who lives in a house near the scene of the incident, told the media that he heard “a lot of shots.”
“I looked out from my balcony and saw the police arrive. Several police officers had a hard time stopping people who were walking towards the scene,” he said.
Photos from the scene also emerged showing people clinging to the outer wall of the university building.
Doctors reported that a significant number of teams, as well as special vehicles, which are used in case of mass danger, went to the scene.
