In recognition of Universal Health Day 2022, Management Sciences for Health convened a group of professionals on December 15 to examine person-centred primary health care as the foundation for achieving Universal Health and Sustainable Development Goal 3. This event, moderated by Dr. Dan Schwarz, Associate Vice President, Global Health Systems Innovation, MSH, included a discussion with five panelists: Diana Frymus, Director of Acceleration of Primary Health Care Collaborative, USAID; Peter Hansen, Head of Results and Learning at the Global Financing Fund for Women, Children and Adolescents; Dr. Jeff Markuns, Executive Director of the Primary Health Care Performance Initiative; Rosemary Mburu, Executive Director, WACI Health; and Dr. Serge Raharison, Group Leader, ACCESS program, Madagascar, MSH. Each offered a unique perspective on how we can accelerate collaboration in primary health care to enable people to access the care they need at every stage of their lives.
