Shakhtar General Director Sergei Palkin commented on the return of Yaroslav Rakitskiy to the team, which was officially confirmed yesterday.
“Yaroslav Rakitskiy has returned to Shakhtar. Today we signed a contract until the end of the season. Yaroslav is an experienced, strong player who wants to play for Shakhtar. I’m sure he will create competition in the defensive line and help us in the second part of the season in the Championship and the League Europe,” Palkin wrote on Facebook.
