The company Cocinas Industriales Multifuncionales de Calidad S.A de C.V filed this Wednesday with the General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR) a complaint of facts against the head of the National Sports Commission (Conade), Ana Gabriela Guevara for the crime of extortion.
The former fan is accused of asking for bribes from said company in exchange for directly assigning the contract for “Food Supplies for Athletes and Trainers”, effective from August to December last year.
According to research, the Sonoran company required a previous payment for the contract assignment and then a percentage of the contract amount.

In these events, the deputy director general of the Conade, Sergio Monroy; Omar Hernández and Armida Ramírez Corral, collaborators of Ana Gabriela Guevara.
Federal sources reported that the complaint was received this afternoon at the headquarters of the FGR, on 20 Insurgentes Avenue, and will be referred to the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Corruption, headed by María de la Luz Mijangos, for their attention.
