Karaulov was born in 1958 in Kaliningrad near Moscow (now the city of Korolev). Graduated Faculty of Theater Studies GITIS.

In 1992, Karaulov’s author’s program Moment of Truth appeared on Russian television. Over the years, she appeared on the channels RTR (now “Russia 1”), TNT, TVC (now – “TV Center”), “Channel Five”.
