Bruno Blanchet is preparing a web series, to be released this spring on Tou.tv. And one of the main roles will be played by none other than rapper Fouki!
On the radio show We’ll say what we want, hosted by Rebecca Makonnen on ICI Radio-Canada Première, whimsical globetrotter Bruno Blanchet revealed a lot of information about this web series entitled Melancholitis, which is scheduled for release on April 21, 2022 on the Tou.tv platform.
When designing this series, Bruno Blanchet had an image in mind for one of his characters. Watching the music video for the song Gaye of Fouki, he tells Rebecca Makonnen, he immediately knew that it was to him that he had to give the role.
Melancholitis was filmed this summer, and also features Bruno Blanchet himself and his longtime friend, Guy Jodoin.
He also admitted that he already has a second season in mind, which could materialize if the public shows enough interest in the series.
