Xbox Cloud Gaming and Microsoft Edge have jointly developed “Clarity Boost”, a new mode that promises to improve Xbox cloud gaming through Edge.
Clarity Boost uses a number of scaling enhancements on the client side that optimize the visual quality of games.
The mode will come to the standard version of Microsoft Edge sometime next year. Anyone who wants to test it right now can do so in the pre-release version Microsoft Edge Canary here. The mode must be turned on manually.
