TAX DECREE: Ecobonus Auto, Single Check for Children, Cig and Safety at Work. We explain the News
The Draghi Government has issued the Tax Decree, with important newsThe Cabinet approved, on 15 October, the Tax Decree, with “urgent measures in economic and fiscal matters, to protect employment and for non-postponable needs“.
The newspaper Corriere della Sera, in its online edition, shows all the Announcements of this important approval.
1) auto ecobonus: 100 million is allocated for the purchase of M1 category electric and endothermic vehicles (i.e. with carbon dioxide emissions in the 0-60 g range[CO2]/km);
2) single allowance for children: there is also the refinancing of parental leave at 50% for workers with children under the age of 14, in quarantine or in distance learning, while for minors aged over age (15-17) the leave is always guaranteed but unpaid;
3) COVID layoffs: if at the beginning the limit of the CIG COVID-19 was scheduled for the end of October, with the new decree it was decided to extend it by another 13 weeks, which become 9 for the textile, clothing and leather sectors;
4) job security: for companies responsible for
serious violations in terms of safety, the Suspension of the activity. In case the competent inspectorate ascertains heavy negligence or the presence of employees in black more than 10% of the total, the company may be suspended and closed in case of recidivism.
5) more time for overdue installments of the tax bills:
the payment of taxes that had to be paid in 2020 and in the various deadlines of this year is still considered valid if carried out in full by 30 November 2021.
