Alsfeld (oz / sm) – The Tattoo Convention Alsfeld will open its doors for the fifth time in the Hessenhalle on Saturday, October 23rd and Sunday, October 24th. Visitors can look forward to over 40 studios with over 80 tattoo artists from home and abroad, information about the latest trends from the tattoo and piercing scene, a colorful supporting program with live music and spectacular show acts as well as some surprises.

On Saturday, October 23rd, “Mike Gerhold” (singer from Rockhead – Kassel) will perform hand-made cover songs of good old rock, which he performs in his own guise. On Saturday evening the Convention Rock Night will take place in Hall 2. The organizers are looking forward to “Take Five” from Bad Hersfeld, as well as “Christian Bergmann and the North Hesse Three – Johnny Cash Tribute” as support. It starts at 8 p.m. All visitors to the fifth Tattoo Convention Alsfeld have free entry. On Sunday, October 24th, it will continue with rock’n’roll and rockabilly with “The Hot Wheels” from Salzgitter. Numerous tattoo contests in different categories complete the offer. For the younger visitors there will be an entertaining children’s program at Betty’s handicraft shop with expert supervision.
Since the health of the exhibitors and guests is very important to the organizers, they have drawn up a hygiene concept for the convention and ask that the measures be observed during the event. A medical mouth and nose cover must be worn at the event (FFP2 or surgical mask). In addition, every visitor must provide their contact details when entering the event. The 3G regulation also applies, which means that every visitor must prove that he has been vaccinated, recovered or tested.
Janine Dieske and “Toifel” will moderate the event. A day ticket costs ten euros. Entry to the Convention Rock Night costs five euros. The convention is open on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
