At the age of 97, People’s Artist, the main director of the literary and dramatic broadcasting of the All-Union Radio of Russia, associate professor of the Moscow Art Theater School Emil Vernik died. About it RIA Novosti said his son Igor Vernik.
“Lately he felt bad, and today his heart stopped,” – said the actor.
According to him, literally 10 days ago, nothing foreshadowed trouble. Father himself was driving the car and felt quite cheerful.
Note that over 200 radio shows were created under the leadership of Emil Wernik. He raised two sons: Igor Vernik, People’s Artist, TV presenter, and Vadim Vernik, presenter, editor and deputy art director of the Moscow Art Theater named after A.P. Chekhov.
