Notice from the Independent Emergency Center (FEC) required by HB 2041
The establishment is an independent emergency center (FEC)
The facility fees are similar to those of a hospital emergency room. The center may charge an additional fee for the use of the clinic.
The facility, or a physician who provides services at the facility, may be outside of the patient’s health plan network.
The physician (s), who provide medical care at the facility, may bill separately for medical care provided to a patient.
The Independent Emergency Center (FEC) is out of network for all benefit plans.
