Actor Jos Van Gorp passed away at the age of 82 | Showbiz

In recent years, Van Gorp has played numerous guest roles in various Flemish TV series. He played the role of a count in ‘Familie’ and was seen in ‘De Kotmadam’, ‘Lili en Marleen’, ‘Recht Op Recht’, ‘Spoed’ and ‘Flikken’. Van Gorp sometimes also crawled into the director’s chair. For example, he participated in the sitcom ‘RIP’, which was shown on One from 1992 to 1994.

According to his obituary, Van Gorp died at home on March 12. He leaves behind his life partner Lee Preedy and two sons Jan and Mark. According to Jos’s wish, his body was donated to science. An exact cause of death has not been disclosed.
