I have the problem that my BX 55
with bass-heavy tones (which last for several seconds) extremely overdriven and sounds very gravelly (tone setting unchanged / internal loudspeaker). For example, I noticed the series Elité, the lost pirate empire of Netflix, or in general with streamed series, not with spotify, for example.
However, it can’t just be because of the streaming services if I never had the problem with a previous TV.
Would be cool if any of you could comment on it.
Should I contact LG customer service about this?
