The government is proposing a law to strengthen risk prevention in the business world. Still debated in the National Assembly, this bill proposes to significantly modify the content of the single document for the study of occupational risks. Among other things, it asks companies to quantify the cost of each risk prevention measure, as well as to define an implementation schedule.
