According to Progress, Denise Anne Courteuge Thomas worked there as social worker and lived there most of his life. She also had two houses, in Cantal and Blesle in Haute-Loire.
Help for the elderly
The money, whose destination had been finalized in a will drawn up in 2006, was to be used for build a new retirement home.
