Testing massively from the deconfinement, this was the objective of the Ministry of Health to avoid a second wave of contamination with the coronavirus. On average 170 positive tests every day in Ile-de-France
In fact, the epidemic curve has fallen enough that the number of tests performed is significantly lower. Thus, in Val-de-Marne, the number of positive tests is on average 22 per day since the start of deconfinement, and 170 per day throughout Ile-de-France. Very encouraging figures which do not prevent some epidemic outbreaks (clusters *).
Around thirty clusters in Ile-de-France, mostly in fragile or precarious environments
According to the latest epidemiological bulletin from Public Health France (May 28), there were 109 clusters in France as of May 27, 2020, excluding nursing homes and restricted family settings, an increase of 45% between the week of May 11 and that of ‘after. “They concern in particular people in precarious and vulnerable situations (19% in social housing and integration establishments, and 6% in vulnerable communities), health establishments (22%) and more generally businesses (20 % private companies, and other public) ”, details the bulletin. In Ile-de-France, 27 clusters have been identified, 19 of which are active. 16 of the 27 concern social accommodation and integration establishments. The Yvelines alone have dozens of clusters, which are concentrated in the southwestern crescent of the region.

In view of the lower number of people reporting symptoms of the coronavirus, the screening campaign is less massive than expected. However, it is more pro-active, with free screening operations for all, targeted primarily in the poorest neighborhoods.
