The BNG of Oleiros report another uncontrolled landfill on the Dexo Coast. It is a cluster of household waste with remains of works, metal parts and plastics in a protected natural area that is part of the Red Natura 2000.
Is near Rúa do Arrequento, in Dexo, and according to the neighbors it is recent. The nationalists have already denounced on other occasions residues present in points of the streets Castromén and of The Pedregueiras, also in Dexo. The largest discharge, according to the BNG, is located in the access to the fort of Punta Torrella.
They urge the local government to act with the “maximum legal forcefulness” against those responsible.
