In September 2019, an apprentice asked a girl at the Therme Wien for oral sex. Now the 20-year-old had to answer for it in court.
The apprentice put her hand under his swimming trunks and finally asked her to have oral sex in the toilet. The 13-year-old immediately got the lifeguard.
“Shame on family”
“He brought disgrace to the whole family,” defense lawyer Rudolf Mayer is quoted by the “Kleine Zeitung”. The father of the 20-year-old sat in the audience just a few meters behind his son.
The apprentice was fully confessional. “I noticed her because she was pretty,” said the young man. The girl had told him her age, but she had “looked older”.
In court, he testified that he had therefore not assumed that there could be problems. When he kissed her, she had nothing against it and even returned the kiss “with her tongue”. The girl then did not like that he went on, he explained on Tuesday.
Judgment not final
The 20-year-old was conditionally sentenced to six months for sexual abuse of minors and attempted serious sexual abuse of minors; the conviction is not final.
