Counselor Mohamed Fayed, head of the Al-Qanater Center Prosecutor, ordered the deposit of a psychiatric patient accused of killing his parents in a mental health institution after receiving the psychiatry report that was conducted on the accused, and it was revealed that his mental strength was not safe, and it was also found that he was not conscious during the incident in which his father and mother died. .

The psychiatric report stated that “the accused committed the crime while suffering from a mental illness, and that the crime took place two days before its discovery, when a relative of the family went to check on them and smelled an unpleasant smell and informing the police the incident was discovered.”

Brigadier General Muhammad Ghaith, the warden of Al-Qanater Al-Khayriyah Center, had received a notification from the people that a psychiatric patient had stabbed his parents with a knife and that he was in a state of excitement and could not be controlled, so Major General Fakhr Al-Arabi, the director of security, was notified, and a security force led by Major Abdel-Rahman Al-Fahl, deputy commissioner of Al-Qanater, moved.

The accused was brought under control, and it was found that he was called “M M” 30 years old, unemployed, a psychiatric patient, and that he had entered a psychological center more than once, and on the day of the accident a quarrel arose between him and his father and his mother.
